I was stuck in Bristol and I live in Cardiff and needed the car for work. RAC officer was very helpful and took me to the station to catch a train. I was disappointed to learn the garage was closed Saturday. However it was repaired first thing Monday morning so I was very happy with speed, communication and price of the garage. Thank you

It took them over a week to look at the car. They did not phone me so I had to keep popping after work to find out what was happening. Spent £402.09 . Result car stalled 5 times on the way home result back in the garage the next day still the same when I collected they said it could cost as much as £3,000 to fix it then they cannot guarantee it will work then

I would like to know why it took so long to get my car to hartcliffe when I gave the RAC man my car keys at 06.45 and the car was only just got there when I rang hartcliffe at10.45.

The speed that they did it was really good, price was fair too
